涼拌海蜇皮Q彈秘訣



材料:
蒜末、辣椒末、蒜末、細糖、鹽、白醋、香油、海蜇皮、小黃瓜

做法:
1.準備85度左右的開水,將海蜇皮燙過,再撈起沖冷水15-20分鐘。
2.蒜末、辣椒末、少許鹽、糖、醋拌勻成醬料,再加入香油、海蜇與小黃瓜絲,拌勻即可上桌。
