小米粥



材料:
糯小米50g、碎玉米50g、圓糯米50g、水2500cc

做法:
水先煮開後再加入糯小米、碎玉米、圓糯米,小米粥煮的越久口感會越滑,煮滾約45分鐘即可。
注意:煮小米粥時火不要太小、火太小時會使糯米容易釋放出澱粉而沾鍋。
