吃不完的烤雞 變 涼拌燒雞


材料:
烤雞腿、小黃瓜、蒜末、醬油膏、細糖、白醋、香油

做法:
1.小黃瓜洗凈切去頭尾拍裂,再切成段。雞腿去骨後雞肉切成粗塊。
2.將小黃瓜、雞肉塊、蒜末、醬油膏2大匙、糖1茶匙、醋1大匙,拌勻之後再加入少許香油拌勻即可。
