蘆筍沙拉-保持翠綠的川燙秘訣


材料:鹽、蘆筍、冰水、沙拉

作法:
1.起鍋加入適量的水與少許的鹽,水滾後放入蘆筍,煮約2-3分鐘後撈起瀝乾,放入冰水中;將蘆筍切段擺盤,擠上適量沙拉即可。
