脆皮炸肥腸,輕鬆端上桌


材料:滷好的肥腸、蔥、太白粉、胡椒粉、鹽

做法:
1.肥腸依照鍋子大小切成適當長度,把蔥段塞入滷大腸中。
2.油鍋預熱150度,肥腸表面裹上薄薄一層太白粉,轉大火,再下鍋油炸。
3.油炸到肥腸上色,再撈起,等油溫拉高,再下鍋炸5秒,即可撈起。
4.切斜片即可搭配胡椒鹽上桌。
