韭菜炒甜不辣


材料:甜不辣條300g、韭菜花250g、蒜末10g、辣椒片10g
調味料:鹽1/4小匙、醬油少許、雞粉

做法:
1.將韭菜花折去比較老的筋部,甜不辣過滾水去除油味。
2.起鍋爆香蒜末、辣椒,再加入韭菜花與調味料。
3.拌炒到韭菜花熟即可。
