炸好吃薯條的秘訣


材料:馬鈴薯條、番茄醬
調味料:鹽1/4小匙.胡椒粉1/4小匙
粉漿: 蛋黃1顆、麵粉1小匙、水50CC、起司粉1大匙、橄欖油1大匙

做法:
1.麵粉、起司粉、蛋黃、橄欖油與少許鹽拌勻,再加入少許的水拌勻。
2.薯條均勻裹上粉漿,用180度油溫炸薯條,油炸到金黃即可起鍋,搭配胡椒粉、鹽與番茄醬即可。
