
材料:肉絲150g、桂竹筍500g、薑末、蒜末10g、辣椒片10g
調味料:鹽少許、糖1/2小匙、黃豆醬1大匙、雞粉1/4小匙
做法:
1.桂竹筍先用熱水燙過,瀝乾水備用。
2.熱鍋用適量油先爆香薑末、蒜末與辣椒,再加入肉絲炒開肉色泛白,再加入黃豆醬。
3.最後再加入筍絲,炒勻之後再加入鹽、糖與雞粉提味,炒勻即可關火起鍋
