蒜苗炒官印豆干(升官)


材料:蒜苗、辣椒、官印豆乾、醬油、鹽、糖

做法:
1.豆乾切片,下鍋先把豆乾煎到焦香,再加入蒜白、辣椒爆香。
2. 加入醬油、鹽、糖調味,再加入蒜綠,略炒即可起鍋。
