煎年糕不黏鍋


材料:年糕、麵粉

做法:
1.年糕略冷凍一下,再切成片。表面沾上薄薄一層麵粉。
2.熱鍋用少許油,讓鍋面均勻布上油,火開大再將年糕下鍋,煎到2面上色即可起鍋。
