電鍋也能蒸蛋


材料:蛋3顆、水130g、青豆仁、胡椒、鹽

做法:
1.蛋與水拌勻,再過篩濾去繫帶。
2.蛋汁放入蒸碗中,加少許青豆,用保鮮膜封好,放入電鍋中,外鍋放1杯水,蒸15-17分鐘即可。
