清爽冷拌豆腐


材料:嫩豆腐1盒、熟蟹肉條30公克、小黃瓜2片
調味料:龜甲萬料亭和露2大匙、芝麻香油1/2小匙、薑泥適量

作法:
1.調味料混合拌勻,備用。
2.嫩豆腐切塊盛入容器中,加上熟蟹肉條、小黃瓜片,再淋上作法1的調味料即可。
