涮牛肉梅子莎拉


材料:
紫蘇梅、美奶滋、梅花肉片、生菜絲

做法:
1.梅子去仔後切碎,梅肉與美奶滋拌勻成醬料。
2.生菜撲在盤上,將五花肉片涮熟,擺在蔬菜上,搭配梅醬享用即可。
