鬆餅粉配方與美式鬆餅


材料:低筋麵粉250g、香草粉2.5g、細砂糖25g、鹽1g、蛋2個、牛奶75cc、溶化奶油50g

做法:
1.蛋與糖拌勻溶化,再加入鹽、牛奶拌勻。
2.加入奶油,拌勻之後再加入麵粉與香草粉,拌勻成光亮狀
3.鬆餅機先預熱,將麵糊放入烘烤約5分鐘即可取出,搭配奶油與蜂蜜享用。
