超下飯的豆腐碎蛋(電鍋)


材料:雞蛋、豆腐、蒜苗、豆鼓、辣椒、香油
調味料:胡椒粉適量、米酒小匙、蠔油1大匙、醬油1大匙、糖適量

作法:
1.先將電鍋預熱,加入沙拉油2大匙(份量外),將雞蛋倒入拌炒,再加入豆鼓、辣椒炒香後,將豆腐整塊放入電鍋中,在電鍋中拌碎,加入所有調味料略炒後放入蒜苗,起鍋前加入香油適量即可。
