素蒼蠅頭


材料:素火腿、豆鼓、薑末、蘿蔔梗、辣椒末
調味料:素蠔油1小匙、五香粉少許、糖1小匙、香油1大匙

作法:
1.起油鍋將素火腿爆炒至微黃,再加入豆鼓、薑末、辣椒末,炒香後再加入蘿蔔梗拌炒。
2.熄火加入所有調味料後再開火拌炒,即可盛盤。
