甘甜排骨煲


材料:
腩排、白蘿蔔、蔥段、薑片、水

調味料:
鹽、龜甲萬甘甜醬油、米酒

作法:
1.備熱水,將白蘿蔔切滾刀狀略為氽燙後撈起,腩排洗淨後,略為氽燙去血水後撈起備用。
2.取鍋加入作法1的白蘿蔔與腩排,再加入蔥段、薑片、水與所有調味料,蓋上鍋蓋悶煮約1.5~2小時即可。
