火鍋剩料變請客菜


材料:
火鍋豬肉片、鯛魚片、蔥段、綠花椰菜、紅甜椒、鹽、胡椒粉

作法:
1.熱鍋,將火鍋豬肉片攤開放入鯛魚片、蔥段後捲起,放入鍋中,蓋上鍋蓋。
2.打開鍋蓋將豬肉捲翻面,加入綠花椰菜、紅甜椒與少許的水,蓋上鍋蓋約1分鐘後開蓋,灑上少許鹽、黑胡椒,即可。
