香醇肉骨茶


材料:腩排、薑片、蒜粒、辣椒、水
調味料:龜甲萬醬油膏、肉骨茶包、米酒

作法:
1.備熱水將腩排氽燙後撈起,放入鍋中加入薑片、蒜粒、辣椒、水與所有調味料,蓋上鍋蓋小火悶煮約1小時即可。
