鹹蛋炒南瓜


材料:南瓜、熟鹹蛋、蒜末

做法:
1.熱油鍋先爆香蒜末,南瓜加入鍋中,加少許水小火燜煮3分鐘,南瓜煮軟,湯之略收乾。
2.鹹蛋切碎加入鍋中,加少許糖拌勻即可盛盤起鍋。
