香根皮蛋


材料:皮蛋3粒、香菜根100g、紅椒1/2支、生薑30g、地瓜粉
調味料:香油、糖、醬油膏

做法:
1.預備150度油鍋,皮蛋切成1/8,均勻沾裹地瓜粉。
2.裹好粉的皮蛋下鍋油炸,炸到皮蛋浮起表面金黃約1分鐘即可撈起。
3.香菜根、辣椒絲、薑絲疊在皮蛋上,調味料拌勻之後淋在皮蛋上即可。
