乾煎牛小排


材料:牛小排4塊、米酒1大匙、蒜頭、醬油1大匙、鹽、黑胡椒粉

做法:
1.用蒜末、米酒、醬油來醃漬牛小排。
2.熱鍋用少許油,牛小排放入鍋中煎到雙面金黃(約7分熟),灑上少許鹽、黑胡椒粉調味,即可起鍋。
