豬肝的清洗與豬肝湯


材料:豬肝300克、薑絲50克、蔥1支、糖、味素、鹽、米酒

做法:
1.用漏斗將水管入豬肝中,將豬肝清洗乾淨,切0.2-0.3公分厚。
2.煮一鍋水加入薑絲,水滾再加入調味料,再將豬肝片加入,續煮到滾即可。
