微波爐做 豆酥魚片
材料:鯛魚片、太白粉、蒜末、蔥花、沙拉油、豆酥
調味料:米酒、辣椒醬、糖、鹽
作法:
1.先將鯛魚片加入太白粉、米酒、鹽抓勻後,平鋪於淺盤中,用耐熱保鮮膜封住,留一個氣孔,放入微波爐中微波用5分鐘後拿出備用。
2.取碗加入豆酥、沙拉油、蒜末、糖、辣椒醬一起攪拌,平鋪於碗中,放入微波爐中微波3分鐘後拿出
,拌入適量的蔥花,灑在作法1的鯛魚片上即可。
