茶葉蛋


材料:蛋、茶葉、魯包1份、鹽1大匙、細糖3大匙、醬油200CC、水1000CC

做法:
1.把所有材料放入鍋中,用小火慢慢煮到水滾。
2.水滾之後把魯包撈起,把蛋殼略敲破,用魯汁在浸泡1晚讓讓味道滲入即可。
