胡蘿蔔汁這樣喝最營養


材料:紅蘿蔔1根、蜂蜜30cc、檸檬汁15cc、冰塊

做法:
1.紅蘿蔔切成條狀,泡冰開水。
2.紅蘿蔔瀝乾之後加入果汁機,再加入檸檬汁、蜂蜜與半杯冰塊,快速打成果汁即可。
