蘋果雞絲沙拉


材料:蘋果.雞胸肉絲.生菜. 蕃茄:黃甜椒.紅甜椒.原味優格.核桃.葡萄乾、檸檬汁、胡椒粉

做法:
1.生菜放入盤中,疊上紅黃甜椒,蘋果片拌勻檸檬汁後疊上。
2.淋上少許優格,加上雞胸肉絲、核桃與葡萄乾,再灑上少許黑胡椒即可。
