蘆筍牛肉捲佐葡萄酒醋


材料:蘆筍5支.沙朗牛肉片5片.鹽少許.陳年酒醋(Balsamic)1大匙、橄欖油、番茄丁

做法:
1.牛肉片捲上蘆筍,用橄欖油下鍋略煎,將肉片煎上色。加入少許鹽調味,即可取出。
2.陳年酒醋加入鍋中,小火烹煮濃縮成濃稠醬汁,再淋上牛肉捲即可,再搭配番茄丁即可。
