電子鍋也可以煮出好吃滷肉



材料:三層肉塊適量、白煮蛋適量、蔥綠適量、薑少許、砂糖1/4杯、水1又1/2杯、醬油1/2杯、米酒1/2杯

做法:準備一鍋滾水把肉放入汆燙,等肉變色即可撈起至電鍋中,再把白煮蛋、蔥綠、薑、砂糖、水、醬油、米酒一起加入電鍋中,等電子鍋煮好後就完成好吃的滷肉
