炒出口感脆的絲瓜


材料:香油、絲瓜、紅蘿蔔片、薑片
調味料:鹽、白胡椒粉

作法:
1.熱鍋倒入香油爆香薑片,再放入紅蘿蔔片、絲瓜一起拌炒,蓋上鍋蓋悶煮約1~2分鐘,起鍋前加入適量調味料即可。
