老菜脯燉雞湯

材料:老菜脯200g、雞1隻、蒜頭100g、米酒

做法:
1.熱鍋用少許油炒香蒜頭。
2.用熱水沖洗雞,把血水去除,再把雞、老菜脯、蒜頭、米酒放入鍋中,加水到蓋住所有材料,水滾之後蓋上鍋蓋,用小火燉煮1.5小時即可。
