開陽胡瓜


材料:胡瓜、蔥段、開陽(蝦米)、鹽、糖、雞粉

做法:
1.熱鍋用少許油爆香蔥、開陽,炒出香氣之後再加入胡瓜,炒勻之後轉小火,蓋上鍋蓋悶3分鐘。
2.用少許糖、鹽、雞粉調味,炒勻即可起鍋。
