豆豉蚵


材料:生蚵、蔥、豆鼔、辣椒、蒜末、太白粉、醬油膏、糖、米酒

做法:
1.煮一鍋滾水備用,生蚵瀝乾水,均勻裹上太白粉,把蚵加入滾水中,煮到蚵浮起即可撈起。
2.起油鍋用少許油爆香蔥、豆鼔、辣椒、蒜末,炒出香味之後再把蚵加入,用醬油膏、糖、米酒調味,炒勻即可。
